How we can help owners of Moscow properties

We serve Moscow property owners curently residing in Moscow, other places in Russia or overseas. We will try to choose suitable tenants including expatriates and foreign visitors for property owners. We believe that in current situation it is quite attractive option for property owner.

We prefer long term lease but can also help landlords with a short term rent.  

We can save your time prividing effective remote comminication including signing rental agreement and property management. 

 

How It works

The owner contact us electronically, phone us or meet us personally and provide us with the desired rental term, price and preferable tenants. We look at the property and confirm the realistic price and give other necessary recomendations how to improve the chance of renting the property. Then we find potential tenants. If the owners are not physically in Moscow they can use their representatives to show the property to potential tenants or use us show the property to potential tenants. When both parties come to an agreement we help with preparation of the proper rental agreement.  There is a possibility to sign this agreement with the owner being phisically in Moscow.

After tenants moving in the owners can hire us to manage their property on there behalf or interact with the their representatives.

Financial Arrangements With Us

Our commision is 40-50% of mothly rental rate paybale by cash or to our bank account on time of signing rental agreement and receiving keys. 

Property management fees are standard and will be discussed in detail on individual basis
